FAQs

What is included in your Flower Arch Hire service?

Each hire includes the flower arch of your choice, delivery to your venue, full professional setup, and post-event pack-down. We take care of everything so you can enjoy a stress-free experience.

We also offer dry-hire, if you prefer to set up, pack down and return your arch yourself. We will educate you on how to set it up and pack it down, but we are not liable for any injuries, issues, or damages you incur for incorrect set up.

This option requires a refundable Dry Hire deposit returned upon the return of your arch as long as it is in it’s original condition. Charges apply for any damages incurred.

Are the flowers real or artificial?

All our arches are made with premium faux (artificial) flowers. They’re designed to look incredibly realistic, photograph beautifully, and stay perfect all day long. Zero wilting, zero waste and zero mess!

Do you require a deposit?

All hires require a non-refundable deposit of $250 to secure your booking and reserve your event date and is non-refundable in any event for cancellations or reschedules. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. This deposit allows us to begin preparing your arch and ensures availability for your chosen date.

Where are you based and do you deliver?

We’re proudly based in Sydney, NSW, and offer flower arch hire across the Sydney metro and surrounding regions. We can also arrange Australia-wide delivery on request, just get in touch for a custom quote.

How long can I hire a flower arch for?

Standard hire is for one day/event, but we’re happy to accommodate extended hires. Let us know what you need, and we’ll tailor a package for you.

What size are the flower arches?

The shorter side of the arch is approximately 180cm, with the taller side 210cm. For custom arches, you can choose which side you’d like the taller/shorter sides to be.

Do you have any other shapes and sizes?

We are always looking at expanding our range. If there is something specific you’re looking for please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll do our best to help you bring your dream to live.

Can I reschedule my booking?

We’re happy to accommodate date changes where possible. If you need to reschedule your booking, just let us know as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to secure your new date, subject to availability. Your $250 deposit will transfer to the new booking, and no additional fees will apply if the change is made more than 30 days before your original event date.

Can I customise my flower arch?

Absolutely! We offer custom flower arches in the colour your choice. Whether you're dreaming of soft pastels, vibrant hues, or a theme-specific palette, we’ll work with you to create something truly special. Please make sure to give us plenty of notice if you require custom florals

How do I book a flower arch?

Simply get in touch via our contact page with your event date, location, and preferences. We’ll confirm availability, provide a quote, and guide you through the next steps.

What colours can I choose for my flower arch?

The possibilities are endless! As long as we can source your colours we can make it for you.

Do you work with event planners and venues?

Yes! We regularly collaborate with wedding planners, stylists, venues, and photographers. If you're an industry professional, we’d love to work together.

What is your cancellation policy?

We know that sometimes plans shift, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as you can. For cancellations made more than 60 days before your event, there are no additional fees though the $250 deposit remains non-refundable. Cancellations within 60 days incur a 50% fee of your arch hire, as we’ve likely already begun preparing your arch and reserved the date exclusively for your event.
